Job Summary:

Psychiatry Hospitalist opportunity in Charleston, SC to work a 7 on / 7 off schedule. 

 Qualified Candidates:
  • Incoming psychiatrist must be board certified in Geriatrics or board eligible with plans to sit for boards
  • Brand New 60-bed psychiatric hospital slated to open 1st Quarter 2023. To include a combination of Child/Adolescents, Geriatrics and Adult beds.

About Trident’s Current Behavioral Health Services:
  • Currently a 25-bed adult inpatient unit
  • ECT Treatment
  • Intensive Outpatient Services, Partial Hospitalization Program and  Inpatient consultation services

  • Trident Health System is a 437-bed two hospital tertiary-care system comprised of Trident Medical Center and Summerville Medical Center
  • Trident Medical Center is a 321-bed major medical center with a 24-hour emergency room and Level II Trauma Center
