The Department of Orthopedics, Section of Pediatric Orthopedics, at Ochsner Health is recruiting an additional fellowship trained, Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon, with a subspecialty interest in in Sports Medicine to join two pediatric Orthopedic surgeons. This is a unique opportunity that will give the right surgeon the opportunity to build a nationally recognized program.
Ochsner has a premiere adult Sports Medicine Institute that cares for professional, collegiate, high school, and middle school programs. The team is made up of a network of athletic trainers, world class Physical Therapy, research infrastructure, a primary care pediatric sports medicine physician, three pediatric orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers, and a gait lab. This person would also practice general pediatric orthopedics. With a dynamic and growing practice, there is room for other interests as well.

Our surgery programs have almost doubled in volume over the past 5 years mirrored by impressive growth of our medical programs.
