• Provide coverage for a single 319-bed facility with 8 ORs
• Achieve an excellent work-life balance with 10 weeks of PTO
• Initial guaranteed base salary + incentives well exceed the 50th percentile of MGMA
• Earn $1800 a day additional income by providing call coverage for the burn ICU - not required
