Our reputable cardiovascular practice takes pride in our mission to ensure proper safety measures are taken for preventing heart disease, to protect our FBI and FBI national academy, First Responders, Firefighters, State Troopers, Highway Patrol Sheriffs, Police Departments, and Correctional Officers across the United States. Our team is comprised of dedicated and skilled staff, who are committed individuals to help achieve our mission, guide and educate our clients, based on evidence-based practice and scientific research findings, following governmental regulatory guidelines for diagnostic and medical decision making.

Advanced Cardiovascular Diagnostics utilizes non-invasive diagnostic screening tests as a core measurement for detecting and/or preventing heart disease related conditions, which assist in saving lives of our First Responders. We are strong proponents of preventative medicine, and believe that proper patient education is a key component in establishing and maintaining healthier lifestyles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Cardiology, Internal Medicine
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Permanent U.S. residents
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team are necessary to be successful in this role Opportunity is excellent for retired cardiologists, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise Seeking a full-time, part-time or per diem Cardiologists  Able to attend our cardiac testing events in the following states: FL, TX, NY, NJ Demonstrate hands-on experience with modern diagnostic and treatment techniques
  • Must have Physician License in the following states FL, TX, NY, NJ
  • Proficient computer skills

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CARDIOLOGIST:

  • Examine patients and determine what are the proper required test for full and safe screening
  • Provide patient education on preventative measures based on sound clinical expertise
  • Evaluate, analyze and interpret test results such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), Echocardiograms, cardiac stress tests, Vascular Doppler studies, Calcium score tests
  • Develop proper diagnosis and plan of care for patient safety and well-being
  • Consults, when needed and where appropriate, with other team members within practice  
  • Assists in the development of training programs, educational activities, workshops, and conferences to improve practice and maintain its integrity
  • Travel is required up to 75% within the states as following: FL, TX, NY, NJ

THE CARDIOLOGIST WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Advance public health through preventative prescreening cardiovascular diagnostic testing
  • Experience teaching and work with staff in a team-oriented atmosphere

SALARY & BENEFITS (Full time only)

  • Salary is commensurate with experience and expertise

WORKING SCHEDULE

  • Flexible and/or partial telework schedules available (after completion of initial training period)
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts; Weekend availability, with open flexible schedule
