Physician - Internal Medicine

The highly skilled & dedicated multi-specialty team at Fox Valley Medical Associates located in Chicago's western suburbs is searching for an Internal Medicine physician to join its longstanding practice of more than 25 years! This group of 10 providers (mix of IM, FP, ID and NEPH specialists) works out of a modern office near Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital.

Practice Information:

• Monday-Friday office hours (closed on Wednesdays)
• Very active in assisted living nursing homes
• Responsible for covering their own patients
• Privileges at 3 nearby hospitals
• 15-20 patient encounters/day
• 1:3 call

Compensation & Benefits:

• Region leading base salary plus percentage of net profits from profit center
