Clinical Associates - Gastroenterology

The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Gastroenterology, seeks full-time gastroenterologists for appointment as Clinical Associates for renewable terms of up to two years. Clinical responsibilities will include seeing outpatients in general GI at our on-site clinics in the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM) and at off-site locations, including our new state of the art Centers for Advanced Care in Orland Park, River East and/or South Loop in Chicago. In addition, appointees will serve on the inpatient consult service at the Hyde Park campus. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BC/BE in gastroenterology.
