Position Details:

Full-Time Position - Split Between our Orland Park Office & Lincoln Park Office

Requirements:

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
• Board Certified by the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, or eligible for certification
• Licensed in the state of IL, or eligible to be licensed in the state of IL
