This physician will have a strong focus and be the go to person for all hand, wrist, and elbow related conditions. This group has excellent payor mix with strong patient volume, is well managed, has modern and expanding facilities, and a great reputation with loyal, robust referral sources. Compensation includes a base salary guarantee, signing bonus, and a production-based bonus plan. This position has excellent income potential, ideal clinical practice, quality of life, physician assistants support, low call burden, and added income from ancillary and ASC.
