Job Summary:

HCA in Charleston, SC is seeking a Psychiatric Medical Director to oversee our behavior health programs with Trident Health System.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be board certified in Psychiatry
• Must have or be able to obtain a SC Medical License prior to start
• Experience required
• Schedule is Monday through Friday
• Medical Director will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Telephonic call during the week is 1:4
• No weekend call for the Medical Director
• New 60-bed Psychiatric Hospital slated to open 1st Quarter 2023

• New 60-bed freestanding facility currently underway to open 1st quarter 2023
• 25-bed adult inpatient unit
• ECT Treatment
• Intensive Outpatient Services, Partial Hospitalization Program and Inpatient consultation services
