Job Summary:

TriStar Horizon Medical Center is currently seeking an Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our established group in the fall of 2021, located just outside Nashville, TN.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be board eligible or board certified in internal medicine

About TriStar Horizon Medical Center and Envision Physician Services:
  • Fully accredited, 157-bed regional medical center offering a full-array of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopaedics, surgical and women’s services
  • Our satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, offers imaging and oncology services, as well as 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room
  • Accredited Chest Pain Center with 24/7 STEMI PCI Call
  • Envision Physician Services is a multispecialty medical group providing hospital medicine care in 45 states
  • Daytime or Nocturnist shifts available
  • Block schedule (7-on/7-off) – 12 hour shifts
  • Code Response (Anes does intubations)
  • APP support for afternoon/night admissions
  • Procedures optional
  • Open ICU
  • Pulmonologist support
  • Comprehensive specialty backup within TriStar system
  • Average 18-20 patients per shift
