Job Summary:

We are seeking a PM&R physician due to growth for our hospital employed practice in Roanoke, Virginia.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be board eligible or board certified 
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient medicine - 35-bed rehab unit
• High CHF and stroke volume
• One physician and one PA in the group
