General Dermatologist with Sign-on Bonus!

Practice highlights include:

Full-Time (5 days a week)
$75,000 sign-on bonus which $37,500 will be paid to the Provider when the contract is signed and the remaining $37,500 one year after the signed contract date. The base salary is $675,000 a year and must see a minimal 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.5 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.5 million until the year ends.

4 Days a Week

$60,000 sign-on bonus which $30,000 will be paid to the Provider when the contract is signed and the remaining $30,000 one year after the signed contract date. The base salary is $540,000 a year and must see a minimal 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.25 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.25 million until the year ends.

3 Days a Week

$45,000 sign-on bonus which $22,500 will be paid to the Provider when the contract is signed and the remaining $22,500 one year after the signed contract date. The base salary is $405,000 a year and must see a minimal 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1 million until the year ends.

Compensation is for the following but not limited to:

• Collected receipts for patient visits
• Attending and speaking at staff meetings
• Promoting the company
• Training the medical support staff
• Communicating with patients on biopsy or laboratory results in a timely manner              
• Educating and supervising the physician extenders
• Maintaining a high level or expertise in the practice of dermatologic medicine
• Directing your support staff to work in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining high morale
• Completing medical documentation and participating in chart review

The compensation package also includes sick and vacation time, short-term/long-term disability, 401(k) plans, CME and professional allowances, and medical, dental, and malpractice coverage.

The Dermatology and Surgery Center is headed by Dr. Helen Torok. The Center offers treatments for all skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, allergies, eczema, bacterial infections, ringworm, hives, rosacea, nail diseases, hair disorders and more. 

The Cosmetic / Laser Center is headed by Drs. Helen and Leonard Torok. The Center offers skin improvement procedures including anti-aging treatments, facial rejuvenation, laser rejuvenation, laser hair removal, hand rejuvenation, lip enhancement, spider vein removal, and other state-of-the-art aesthetic enhancement procedures.

The Mohs Skin Cancer Center, headed by Dr. Bryan Baillis, M.D., offers state-of-the-art treatment for two of the most common forms of skin cancer: basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Mohs micrographic surgery performed by the Trillium Creek Dermatology staff is highly effective — even if the skin cancer has been previously treated.

Ohio Holistic / Homeopathic Medicine Center is an alternative therapy center located within the tranquil surroundings of Trillium Creek Dermatology. Directed by Leonard J. Torok, M.D., our expert staff has been trained in healing techniques that guide you to the right combination of drug-free therapies.

Travel

You will need to see patients at two to three of our offices. You will not be required to travel to all four offices.
