The Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) is seeking a physician to join its clinical faculty as a clinician educator. The hospital is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a city which continues to rank high as one of the most livable cities in the United States. This exceptional opportunity will include inpatient/outpatient care and teaching of medical students, residents and fellows. The academic rank will be consistent with prior experience. The primary service will be at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital and include rotations at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital and on the telemedicine service.

A highly competitive benefits package with exceptional compensation and incentives will be offered. Candidates should be board certified or eligible in Infectious Diseases and have a strong commitment to clinical medicine and education. There are no J1 visa opportunities. UPMC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. The only change that I made is that I took out the words full time before physician.
