Adventist Health Bakersfield is actively seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician to join the AIS Cancer Center Team in Bakersfield, California. The AIS Cancer Center is the only center in the region with COC Comprehensive Community Cancer Program Accreditation.This clinic is located on the hospital campus, just steps away from the Quest Imaging Center and Outpatient Surgery Center.

In order to serve the demands of the Bakersfield community, we are looking for a fifth medical oncologist. The incoming physician will work alongside four other Hematology Oncologists, two fellowship trained breast surgical oncologists, and two radiation oncologists in thriving patient focused cancer center.The incoming physician would be employed through our affiliated medical group- PNMG.

The ideal candidate will have successfully completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Hematology/Oncology. Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a full medical license in California. Candidates must also be able to meet the medical staff credentialing standards.
