OCHSNER HEALTH BATON ROUGE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Ochsner Health Baton Rouge has a FULL-TIME opportunity for a licensed CHILD DEVELOPMENT CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST to provide care to children, adolescents, and their families within a growing child development center satellite location complementing Ochsner s dedication to children s healthcare and expansion of Pediatric Services. Provider will complete developmental and psychological evaluations for children with developmental and/or behavioral concerns, including children under the age of 5 years.

Responsible for recommending appropriate follow-up services and help families navigate how to access additional services as indicated. We invite highly qualified candidates who have experience working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences. Special consideration will be given to applicants who have experience with assessment of autism spectrum disorder and/or who completed internship or post-doctoral experiences with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences. In addition to robust clinical skills, the ideal candidate will be able to work in a collaborative manner with other health professionals and assist with program development. Provider must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA approved university.
