ADVENT is actively seeking Otolaryngologists for our clinics in Chicago, Illinois. We re growing rapidly due to high patient demand as our patients know we listen and commit to providing full sinus and snoring solutions.

• $700k+ Year 1: $400k Base Salary + $300k+ Bonus
• Year 2+: Current physicians earning above MGMA 90^th percentile
