Family Medicine Physician

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region, located in Rutland, Vermont has a fulltime, permanent position for a Family Physician. Community Health is a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our County. Community Health Centers are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and provides a network of Family Practitioners, Internists, Psychiatrists, Dentists, and Social Workers. Our sites are certified Level 111 Medical Homes, with a highly developed and supportive panel management and case management system in place.

After hours call is phone triage only and shared among approximately 40 physicians. This makes call responsibility minimal. Admission to the hospital will be referred to the hospital owned Hospitalist program.
