Opportunity Highlights

• This is a medical supervision model with 12-13 CRNA’s and 5-6 Anesthesiologists
• The incoming Anesthesiologist will provide supervision of the CRNA’s covering 2-4 rooms a day and an equal number of CRNA’s
• Call rotation is 1:5 weekday and weekends, but the CRNA’s handle the OB so it is general call only unless there is an OB related emergency
• Full range of cases including neurosurgery, spine, limited pediatrics (mainly ENT), ortho and general surgery
• Strong regional skills are required
• Cardiac cases handled by the CV anesthesiologists
• There is an active structural heart program with TAVR and Watchman
• The CV anesthesiologists do not supervise, they do their own cases
• CV call currently taken one week at a time because call backs are very rare
• Fellowship training in CV or TEE certification preferred but not required
• 8 weeks of PTO
