If you are Board Certified in Geriatrics and/or Hospice/Palliative Care with IM or FM and an interest in Geriatrics, and 3-5 years experience, we invite you to apply.

This position will report directly to the CMO and have a blended schedule with some flexibility in duties:

• 60% will be clinical in the ambulatory setting of one of our IM practices
• 20% oversight of 3 APP working in community based SNF clinical roles
• 5-10% oversight of inpatient palliative care team
• 5-10% teaching in our Family Medicine Residency program. If interested, there are opportunities to expand this as we consider options for designing a Geriatrics Fellowship program.
