PEDIATRIC OPTOMETRIST – Hawthorne, New York
We seek a full-time, board-eligible/certified comprehensive pediatric optometrist to join the Boston Children’s Ophthalmology Team, with a faculty appointment at NY Medical College at the Instructor level. This position is part of a 3-physician pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus site in Westchester County and will include teaching in the NYMC ophthalmology residency program.
The practice continues to expand its mission of providing our patients with ready access to the highest quality pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus care. Our work extends across the spectrum of clinical care, teaching, vision science, and advocacy. This role is an opportunity to continue to build your career within an enterprising, care oriented, and entrepreneurial setting. Faculty also participate regularly with the Boston Children’s Hospital pediatric ophthalmology faculty in weekly morning rounds and as needed for expert pediatric ophthalmology subspecialty consultation.
