The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center, is seeking physicians to work night shifts in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a Fee Basis. Providers need to be board certified/eligible in internal medicine, and have an unrestricted license to practice in a state, territory or commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. The candidate’s duties are inclusive of but not limited to ICU admissions, management of existing ICU patients, potential discharges or transfer from and to the regular floor, ER or outside facilities. Competency in ICU procedures is expected. They will also be responding to cardiac arrests. Candidates will be reporting to the attending of record.
