Denver Health | Orthopedic Trauma & Arthroplasty Surgeon
The Department of Orthopedics at Denver Health Medical Center (DHMC) is recruiting for a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon with subspecialty training in Trauma and Total Joints. The successful candidate will have completed an orthopedic surgery residency and be BC/BE in Orthopedics. Completion of Total Joint or Trauma fellowship is required. The position includes providing 1:9 resident supported call coverage of our busy Level I Regional Trauma Center. Our service is available for emergency orthopedic trauma care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Interest in either complex revision/infection or hip preservation in addition to primary hip and knee arthroplasty would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to work in an academic environment. Our team of providers includes but is not limited to orthopedic trauma, hand and microvascular, adult reconstruction, sports medicine, PM&R and podiatry and works in collaboration with medical, surgical and primary care departments across the organization.
