Full Time Physician (Nephrologist)

Full Time Physician (Nephrologist) position - Active and unrestricted Medical license in the USA.  Medical Degree (MD or DO) or foreign equivalent as evidenced by an ECFMG certificate, 36 months of residency training in Internal Medicine and 24 months of fellowship training in Nephrology. Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Nephrology. Responsibilities include office & inpatient consults including evaluating, diagnosing and treating all renal disorders as well as management of acute and chronic dialysis, coordinating care with primary care and other subspecialty teams & family members, coordinating dialysis as applicable with staff.
