AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient and the largest healthcare system in southeastern New Jersey, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced BC Critical Care Attending to join our critical care team in Atlantic City, New Jersey. BC in Neurocritical Care preferred, but not required.

Join an exceptional, specialty-trained team providing 24/7 critical care support for patients with complex neurological conditions. Within our Comprehensive Stroke Center, there are opportunities for a dual-trained stroke neurologist with a specialty interest in stroke care to thrive in this role. Here, you will be part of a very busy practice that will allow you to utilize your vast and diverse experience to interpret advanced neuroimaging, provide recommendations for appropriate interventions, and conduct neuromonitoring, as well as a wide range of procedures that includes central lines, dialysis catheterizations, chest tubes, lumbar punctures and point-of-care critical care ultrasounds.
Our team shares in a seven-day/seven-night 1:3 call schedule where you would provide first contact for referring facilities on transfers and work closely with staff and residents in both the ICU and hospital.

We are seeking a BC Critical Care Attending with neurology training. The successful candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, interpreting neuroimaging and non-interpretive basic familiarity with continuous EEGs; managing postoperative neurology patients that include stroke, aneurysm and epilepsy care; and responding to neurocritical care emergencies. Candidates with at least two years of experience are preferred, but recent graduates with exemplary training will also be considered.
