Cleveland Clinic is seeking a board certified/ eligible Geriatrician to join the Center for Geriatric Medicine within the Department of General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. This role is an ambulatory position located at the main campus. Responsibilities will include building a program that works with an underserved geriatric population with specific emphasis on social determinants of health, bridging the digital divide and working in close collaboration with allied community partners. Telemedicine will be a portion of this role. Experience with program development and leadership a plus.
The Center for Geriatric Medicine provides care across multiple clinical settings and is extensively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Leadership opportunities are available across the care continuum to advance your own geriatric population health innovation program to national acclaim.
As an academic practice, interest in scholarship including publications, presentations at national conferences, quality improvement and/or clinical research is desired. Candidates will also apply for appointment at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University at the level in which they qualify.
