Palliative Care Physician Opportunity with medical foundation provider -join an established team

•  Established team of one Physician, a Nurse Practitioner, and a Social Worker
•  Quality of life practice- no weekends, no nights, no call
•  Outpt. clinic 1-2 times per week + inpt. consults
•  Medical Directorship available
•  Employed position with competitive salary
•  Board Certification/ Board Eligibility in Palliative Care required
