Must have a valid California medical license
Board certified or eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Completed an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
Preference in candidates who possess fellowship training in orthopaedic hand surgery
Although there is considerable built-in hand volume, the incoming candidate must be willing to take some trauma call in order to build their practice
