Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), an award-winning public healthcare system, is recruiting a      Nephrologist to join our existing nephrology team within the Department of Medicine. CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics, two full service hospitals and urgent care services.  CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.

 

  • Full time (1.0FTE) nephrologist (will consider candidates interested in working part-time) to provide outpatient care in our Medical Specialties clinics primarily at CHA Everett Hospital with rotations at CHA Cambridge Hospital
  • Incoming physician will provide nephrology consult and call coverage as part of CHA’s inpatient services
  • Candidates should possess an interest in academics as this position will include resident and medical student teaching
  • Incoming physician should possess excellent clinical/communication skills and a strong commitment to serve our multicultural safety net patient population

Qualified candidates will possess excellent clinical and communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to serving CHA’s socioeconomically diverse, multicultural patient population. Incoming physician will successfully provide excellent patient care as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of providers. Previous experience in an academic safety net system is a plus.
