The University of Central Florida/HCA Healthcare Emergency Medicine Residency of Greater Orlando is seeking a Director of Simulation to serve as Core Faculty.

Seeking faculty with a proven track record in education and/or subspecialty training to join a cohesive and collegial community of clinical and academic faculty with demonstrated passion for, and commitment to, EM education for students, residents and faculty

Director of Simulation/Core Faculty

Preference will be given to candidates who have one or more of the following:

  • Completion of a Simulation Fellowship
  • Two years prior core faculty experience in an Emergency Medicine residency

Responsibilities may include organizing and implementing the simulation curriculum and assisting with the residency didactic program. The residency leadership values modern adult learning techniques such as flipped classroom approaches, small group learning, and frequent simulation workshops.
