Executive Director, Maternal Fetal-Neonatology
WittKieffer is pleased to collaborate with Children's Health, in collaboration with UT Southwestern (UTSW), on their search for a dynamic Executive Director, Maternal Fetal-Neonatology Program and Network Development to execute on a strategy of bringing world-class Mother-Baby services to Children's Health through the Joint Pediatric Enterprise (JPE), a joint governance structure between Children’s Health and UTSW.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Physician Organizations and Chief Medical Officer of the JPE, this individual will lead the strategic planning, development and execution of the Mother-Baby program (including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Neonatology and Obstetrics) with an emphasis on deepening and expanding the neonatal and high-risk infant network, in alignment with the JPE and Mother-Baby Executive Committee.
The Executive Director, Maternal-Fetal Neonatology Program and Network Development will work in collaboration with physician leaders at UTSW, Children’s Health executives and service line leaders to develop and oversee the execution of the Maternal Fetal Neonatal Strategic Plan focused on three strategic pillars of maternal, fetal and neonatal services, which are tightly aligned and scalable in the local/regional markets. This leader is responsible for financial planning and stewardship, establishing key performance measures, creating and nurturing strategic partnerships inside and outside Children's Health, overseeing resource deployment and ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders and entities.
