Our well-established Occupational Medicine department enjoys a large number of referring providers as part of a well-run multispecialty practice. Physician will treat 100% work-related injuries, including needle stick and chemical injuries, for a patient population of 18+ y.o. Physicians are able to go beyond the first 90 days and follow the patient through the life of the claim, increasing clinician and patient satisfaction. Our team is made up of 8 physicians, 8 medical assistants and 5 PSR (reception), who have a very collegial, supportive team dynamic, and who enjoy working together to deliver extraordinary care to our patients. Our team values clinicians who are engaged in continuous quality improvement, have excellent verbal communications, and who value the team approach.

Our Occupational Medicine position offers:

  • Everett location
  • See an average of 15-17 patients per day on a 30min/60min visit template
  • Possibility of precepting students if desired
  • 36 patient contact hours per week for full-time
  • 4-day work week, preferably Tuesday -- Friday
  • Rotate through call every 2 weeks (shared with 9 providers). Call is phone call only for critical labs and providers (no patient calls)

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience preferred, but new grads will be considered
  • BE/BC in Occupational Medicine
