The Everett Clinic is looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with training or experience in Palliative Care/Geriatrics, to join our Personalized Care Team.  Resident teaching experience is also desired.

The Personalized Care Team (PCT) is an evolving innovative palliative focused team that provides deeply compassionate patient and family centered care to our most complex elders, both in a primary care and a consultant role.   We are also a primary teaching site for the new WSU Internal Medicine Residency program in Everett.  

You will work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes embedded pharmacists, palliative care clinicians, care managers, social workers, and internal medicine residents. Typical panel size for a full-time physician is about 300 patients. Work includes seeing 10-13 patients a day with frequent opportunities to teach Internal Medicine residents, as well as home visits and potentially palliative care consults.
