Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

We have been retained by Stamford Health to hire a Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for Stamford Health Medical Group, an affiliate of Stamford Hospital, in Stamford, Connecticut.  Stamford Health Medical Group is a growing multispecialty physician group in partnership with Stamford Hospital. Stamford Health maintains joint ventures and collaborations with Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) and Dana-Farber Brigham and Women’s.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care.
• Examine, diagnose, and treat medical illnesses, evaluate health status, initiate therapeutic and preventive measures, and make appropriate and necessary referrals to specialty and other consultative medical services.
• Carry a patient caseload consistent with quality of care and productivity standards.
• Communicate on an ongoing basis with other health care providers and other staff on all aspects of the health needs of patients.
• Full-time role in a well-established and expanding practice

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
• Connecticut medical license, or application in process
• New grads accepted; experience preferred.
