Hospital Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital
The Hospital Medicine program within the Division of General Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) is seeking clinically and academically oriented BC/BE Pediatricians (including those trained in Medicine-Pediatric programs) and Pediatric Hospitalists to join their program. The Hospital Medicine program encompasses 5 inpatient teams, provides consultation to surgical teams, and covers an inpatient med-psych unit. The program accounts for approximately 20% of the admissions to Boston Children’s Hospital and is one of the major inpatient teaching sites for BCH Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellows, residents of the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics and students from Harvard Medical School. There is a position available and this position provides teaching opportunities. Salary and benefits are competitive.
Boston Children’s Hospital is a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and the pediatric staff will obtain an academic appointment at the level of Instructor or Assistant Professor.
