Henry Ford Medical Group is one of the nation’s largest group practices with 1,900 physicians and researchers in more than 40 specialties.  The Division of Gastroenterology employs 40 physicians and provides outpatient clinic and endoscopy services at Henry Ford Hospital and 7 suburban satellites as well as inpatient consultative services at Henry Ford Hospital and Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. 

Responsibilities will include Co-Directorship of the Henry Ford IBD team, leadership in clinical trials as a Principal Investigator, evaluation and management of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, teaching of fellows in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, supervision of IBD-focused mid-level providers, and engagement with referring providers as well as the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Candidate will work in a multidisciplinary capacity with colorectal surgeons as well as maternal-fetal-medicine colleagues. Academic appointment through affiliation with Wayne State School of Medicine is commensurate with training and experience.
