Infectious Disease Physician:  For placement in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. MD or Foreign Equivalent; Completion of Internal Medicine Residency Program; B/C in Internal Medicine; Completion of Infectious Disease Fellowship; B/E or B/C in Infectious Disease; and Possess or be eligible for a South Dakota Medical License.
