Clinical Faculty Positions - Outpatient General Internal Medicine

The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, seeks BC/BE Internists for full-time positions on our primary care faculty in the Department of Medicine’s Division of General Internal Medicine. Duties include providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting with opportunities to engage in population management and quality/safety activities. These positions lie within the clinical focus of our Division and do not have assigned academic duties; supervising medical students on clerkship rotations, with accompanying faculty appointment, is optional. These non-tenure-track appointments will be made at a rank of (Clinical Instructor/Clinical Assistant/Clinical Associate/Clinical Professor) commensurate with experience.

Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and licensed in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment. Applicants must have a record of providing outstanding primary care as demonstrated by experience and/or references.
