The Aultman Cancer Center is seeking a highly qualified minimally invasive surgical Gynecologist to join our current Gynecologic Oncologist to further grow Aultman s advanced pelvic surgery capabilities. The candidate would perform benign complex minimally invasive procedures via robotics or traditional laparoscopy, see outpatient consults and act as a consultant to general OB/GYN providers. This physician will share in the call schedule with another complex pelvic surgeon/gyn oncologist and perform hospital consults as needed. Candidate would also assist in the evaluation /treatment of cases with a requirement for more complex gynecologic surgical care, including the workup of Gynecologic Cancers and assist in the serial follow up of treated patients.
As a teaching institution, the mission of Aultman Medical Education is to educate today's physicians through lifelong learning for the challenges of tomorrow. This position will include interaction with our OBGYN residency program.
The ideal candidate should be an established physician with 3 or greater years of experience preferred in minimally invasive gynecology. The candidate must have advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology is expected.
