The Department of Plastic Surgery at Loma Linda University in southern California is seeking a board eligible/board certified plastic surgeon to join our group at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level.

A qualified candidate will be ABPS board-certified or board-eligible, having completed residency training in an accredited plastic surgery training program. Additional subspecialty fellowship training in breast microsurgery or a microsurgery fellowship in which a significant amount of breast surgery was done for autologous reconstruction of mastectomy and mastectomy-related procedures is required. We are looking for someone with excellent clinical skills and an interest or accomplished record of research and innovation, along with an interest in teaching. The surgeon will be a full-time faculty member of our Faculty Medical Group, contributing to the education of both medical students and our plastic surgery residents and may perform the full spectrum of our specialty.

The plastic surgery residency program at Loma Linda University was one of the five original integrated residency programs approved in 1995. It has enjoyed continuous accreditation since inception.
