The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Hospital Medicine, seeks Clinical Associates and Nocturnists who will care for our patients. Appointees will provide direct patient care, including managing patients with complex sub-specialty needs, which will involve night and weekend coverage. These positions are available at several levels of effort and specializations, and for renewable terms of up to two years. Most require no teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation is dependent on qualifications, and appointments at 50% effort and above include a generous package of fringe benefits.
