EM Radiologist

The Department of Radiology at the Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine is recruiting 3 additional fellowship trained radiologists to join the current 21 member Division of Emergency Radiology covering overnight radiology for the health system’s tertiary hospitals and expanding community hospital network. This is a full-time faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level.

The Emergency Radiology division at Northwell Health was created in 2011 and has rapidly grown to a group currently composed of 18 faculty members covering overnight radiology for the health system’s tertiary hospitals and expanding community hospital network. Candidates would be expected to work on a 7 night on, 14 days off schedule. Primary responsibilities for this position would include, but not limited to, diagnostic interpretation of imaging performed through the emergency department and urgent inpatient imaging primarily covering CT,MR, and US, as well as clinical supervision of residents at our tertiary sites.
