Physician - Convenient Care at Agnesian Health

The Opportunity

SSM Health- Agnesian Healthcare multi-specialty clinic is actively recruiting a full-time Physician to join our busy Convenient Care department at the Regional Fond du lac clinic in Fond du lac, WI. The department is open Monday through Friday 7:30am - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5pm. The new provider will have flexible scheduling and is required to work 1:3 weekend shifts a month. Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred. The candidate for this position should be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults with minor to complex medical problems as well as be experienced in laceration repair and acute fracture care(splinting).
