The Department of Surgery at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) invites applications and nominations for the position of Chief, Division of Surgical Oncology. We are seeking a board-certified surgical oncologist with at least 5-7 years’ experience (salary and academic rank commensurate with experience).
The successful candidate will conduct clinical work and research in HPB, upper gastrointestinal malignancies, melanoma, sarcoma, and other advanced cancers. The candidate will also be heavily involved in the education of residents and medical students in the area of surgical oncology, as well as participate in faculty decision-making on department committees.
