The Opportunity
- Outpatient only practice open from 8 am-5 pm; Monday-Friday
- Work closely with an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistant as well as dedicated administrative team
- Key services include health assessments and sports/school physicals, acute and chronic illness care, women's health, minor surgical procedures, worker's compensation, geriatric are and preventive health
- System wide call is approximately 2 weekends per year (phone call) and several weekday evenings.
- We require 32 to 36 Patient Contact Hours over the course of the work week
- Two-year guaranteed salary plus lucrative signing/retention bonuses
