Physician, Neurosurgery Spine Outreach
Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Section of Neurosurgery in the Department of Surgery is seeking a full-time BC/BE, Neurosurgeon; fellowship trained in Neurosurgery Spine or equivalent experience preferred for their Director of Outreach Programs position. Qualified candidates will lead Neurosurgical outreach expansion efforts, traveling to Dartmouth-Hitchcock satellite facilities to promote the advancement of neurosurgical care to communities throughout New Hampshire. This position involves caring for a predominance of spine patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Qualified candidates will also participate in education of neurosurgery residents as well as students at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. There are opportunities for research collaboration with The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice, and the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. Appointments to the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth will be requested, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.
