University of Kentucky seeks an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Lexington, KY to provide clinical care in hospital and ambulatory-based settings; provide supervision for residents and medical students in all clinical settings including 6 – 8 half day clinics per week as attending for the outpatient resident clinic; give didactic lectures in a classroom setting; provide clinical research activities within the Division of Hematology and Blood & Marrow Transplantation; serve on appropriate Department, College, Hospital or University committees and participate in all Departmental activities such as faculty meetings, grand rounds, teaching conferences, etc. This position requires a M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent, completion of Residency in Internal Medicine, completion of Fellowship in Hematology by July 1, 2021, board eligible/board certified in Internal Medicine, board eligible/board certified in Hematology, eligible for Kentucky State Medical License.
