OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

• Provide highly personalized internal medicine care to a full-time patient panel of less than 250 patients
• Perform professional services in an outpatient setting with one volunteer activity day per week and no hospital duties
• Utilize state of the art imaging onsite to support accuracy in diagnosis and preventive opportunities
• Collaborate with supportive Concierge Medicine colleagues who are available for vacation and CME coverage
• Optimize patient panel access to in-office lifestyle services including health coaching, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist
• Work with exceptional administrative and clinical staff

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• New York State licensed or eligible
• Minimum of ten (10+) or more years of clinical experience
• Compassionate, personable, with demonstrated history of high patient satisfaction scores and a keen service-orientation
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours (8 work sessions) per week of direct patient care
• Available for on-call coverage as needed
