NCCC-KP provides comprehensive cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery services to the residents of southwestern New Hampshire and the neighboring communities in northern Massachusetts and southeastern Vermont. At NCCC-KP, board-certified physicians in medical oncology, hematology and radiation therapy provide oncology services which include medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, breast cancer care coordination, cancer screening, palliative care and hospice care. NCCC-KP is certified by the American College of Surgeons (ACS), Commission on Cancer, as an approved cancer program.

The Medical Director will provide dual administrative and clinical leadership with oversight of Hematology, Oncology, and Radiation Oncology care at the facility, and also at the center's satellite practices at Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) and Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH). The Medical Director will be responsible for strategic leadership focused on market growth, quality and patient safety, policy development, regulatory compliance and communication with key constituencies. Collaborating closely with other leaders within NCCC, the Medical Director will lead the next phase of growth for NCCC-KP including; multidisciplinary clinical services, faculty recruitment for key integrative cancer care programming, access and expansion of the clinical research enterprise, philanthropy and marketing to enhance branding and reputation.

The Medical Director will be a physician leader with strong leadership and clinical credibility with a commitment to high quality healthcare delivery and fostering an integrated and cohesive medical staff. This individual will be a physician with appropriate board certification in any of the medical oncology specialties, as well as radiation oncology and will demonstrate progressive leadership experience, preferably in an academic medical center and have a history of building integrated, successful multidisciplinary cancer programs. The successful candidate must also exhibit the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a complex, matrixed organization.
