Job Details
Purcell Municipal Hospital is an affiliate of SSM Health St. Anthony, and is managed by the SSM Health Rural Health team. SSM Health would like to find an experienced, talented hospital leader that is interested in stepping into dual Admin/DON role and is excited to join the Purcell community.
Candidates must have a Masters degree in Nursing or related field; or must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing (if Masters is not in Nursing). 5 years of nursing experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
Purcell Municipal Hospital has been serving Purcell and surrounding communities since opening in October, 1970. They are a Medicare certified facility licensed for by the Oklahoma State Department of Health for 39 in-patient beds. There are two family practice physicians on staff with admitting privileges and Purcell Municipal Hospital offers an Emergency Department staffed with physicians 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
