Requirements are medical degree or foreign equivalent.  Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and completion of Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine Fellowship.  Eligible to obtain or has obtained an Oregon medical license.  Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. 

Duties are to diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries of the respiratory tract, including lung disease and breathing problems.  Prescribe medication and drugs, and order treatments and tests.  Limited travel to and from the five worksites, as needed.
